Its the last round of the AFL season and we already know that 8 teams are done for the year. As sad as that is, you have to look on the bright side. Now you can concentrate on boating. Next week another 2 teams will be out of the finals when they lose the wild card round.
Not naming anyone, but if you barrack for St-Kilda, North, Richmond or Essendon and for those odd Westcoast, Port Adelaide, Goldcoast and GWS supporters that live in Melbourne, I wouldn’t even bother watching the last game, its a waste of your life!
Instead go and pull the covers off your boat and sort it out ready for your first hitout, or come and visit us in Williamstown and buy yourself a boat. I am not a betting man but I reckon Carlton and Collingwood supporters, you may as well do the same.
We have had some magnificent winter boating days over the last few weeks and according to the experts, spring and summer are shaping up to be the same. Fishing and boating season is only weeks away.
All of the seasoned operators are already bringing their boats in for service and we are seeing boat sales enquiry – in general – ramping up, as people look to their family and leisure time out on the water this summer. So stop stressing out, forget the Footy and get out on the water. Oh and Go Dogs – Woof Woof!
